How to book your exhibit site
Step 1:
Choose your exhibit type - Standard Exhibit, Premium Exhibit or Vehicle Showcase. Review the inclusions here.
Step 2:
Read the Exhibitor Terms & Conditions (see link at the bottom of page), ensuring you understand your requirements and obligations. You must verify you have read and understood the Exhibitor Terms & Conditions prior to finalising your booking.
Step 3:
Review the available space from the current expo floor plan and select your site by clicking on it in the plan. Review the site details and click BOOK. Should you wish to select multiple sites, click ADD ADDITIONAL SITE and select the relevant site number(s). Enter your business information and agree to the Exhibitor Terms & Conditions (see link at the bottom of page)by selecting the check box. Press BOOK when complete.
NOTE: No payment is collected online and your invoice will be forwarded via a separate email. Any applicable discounts (for FDA Industry Partners and/or Multiple Site Bookings) WILL NOT BE DISPLAYED via the online booking system but will appear on your invoice when it is issued.
Step 4:
Watch your email inbox for a confirmation email which will include a link to edit your Business Profile (if this doesn't arrive within ten minutes, check your spam or junk folder). Complete this information as soon as possible as it is publicly displayed for expo attendees as an electronic directory.
Your Tax Invoice which will be emailed from Australian Funeral Expo within seven (7) business days. Pay the Tax Invoice within fourteen (14) days to ensure your chosen exhibit space is secured.
Step 5:
Once your payment is received, an email will be sent containing a link to our exclusive infrastructure supplier, ExpoNet, which will allow you to order any fittings and furnishings you require for your exhibit. ExpoNet can also liaise directly with you on unique ways to personalise your exhibit and make it stand out from the crowd. All orders made through ExpoNet will be billed to the exhibitor directly by ExpoNet.
